The Ship Store at Collin Park Marina
Your jumping-off point for snacks, drinks, supplies, and bait on Lake Lavon

There are so many exciting things to do at Lake Lavon, Texas: you can head out at dusk for evening catfish, spend the day horseback riding on the Trinity Trail, and end the night camping under the starry Texas sky.
But nothing can derail a day on the lake like an empty cooler with melted ice and your tank hovering a few millimeters above “Empty.” Don’t panic! Instead, head to Collin Park Marina. No matter what brings you to the Lake Lavon area, our ship store has got you covered.
Stock up for your day on the lake

Our ship store is the premier destination for anyone looking to enjoy the calm beauty of Lake Lavon. We have hull cleaner for boaters, bait for anglers, and all the snacks and drinks you need to fuel a full day of fun.
Here are a few of the essentials – and fun extras – that we offer:
- Candy. We have enough candy to satisfy any sweet tooth, including Snickers, M&M’s, Airheads, and gummy worms.
- Snacks. If you’re more of a savory person, we’ve got plenty of salty snacks for you, like Doritos, Cheetos, and Funyuns.
- Ice and Beverages. Beat the Texas heat with ice-cold water and sodas from your favorite Coca-Cola brands, plus koozies, travel mugs, and plenty of ice.
- Boating supplies. Our ship store is a mini boat service center stocked with essential maintenance supplies, including rope, boat wash, and fuel filters.
- Swimming gear. When it’s a 90-degree day, you’ve got to take a dip in Lake Lavon! We’ve got life jackets and water toys to maximize both fun and safety.
- Apparel. Want some merch from your favorite lake? Pick up a t-shirt, visor, or sunglasses.
Stop by the store to check out our full inventory. If you need it for a day on Lake Lavon, we’ve probably got it!
Not just for boaters: supplies for fishermen, hikers, and campers
Looking to experience Lake Lavon’s world-class bass fishing? You’ll need bait. We are your local Lake Lavon bait shop, with sneak bait and crappie nibble on hand.
Even if you’re not planning on heading out on the lake, Collin Park Marina is still here for you. There are so many things to do near Lavon Lake that don’t involve the water at all – hiking, camping, horseback riding, jogging, and birdwatching – and those require supplies, too. RV campers visiting our Lake Lavon campground and RV park can stop by the ship store for snacks, drinks, and other essentials, like picnic supplies, paper towels, and sunscreen.
Exploring the Trinity Trail? It’s a must-visit for horseback riders, hikers, and joggers. We’ve got plenty of trail mix and enough water to keep you hydrated through all 25.5 miles.
A full-service fuel dock

When you stock up on supplies inside the ship store, you can also tank up your boat outside. Our fuel dock is the best place to get gas on Lake Lavon. We have three pumps with 87 octane marine fuel with ethanol treatment. Just pull up any time our ship store is open, and our friendly dockhands will handle the rest.
